This exciting role offers the opportunity to manage Last Mile operations, where one will drive operational excellence by managing key performance metrics, optimizing resource utilization, ensuring on‑time shipments, and leading strategic planning. The role will be pivotal in launching new initiatives, adopting innovative technologies, and implementing continuous process improvements, shaping the future of logistics for TR. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage critical performance metrics including Delivery Estimate Accuracy, capacity utilization, cost efficiency, and on‑time performance /li liDevelop and execute data‑driven strategies to optimize network performance /li liOrchestrate daily carrier operations and resource allocation in partnership with carriers and MFN business teams /li liLead new network activations and manage network modifications /li liEnsure consistent delivery of shipments within established SLAs /li liDesign and implement comprehensive capacity strategies for both regular and peak operations /li liCollaborate with cross‑functional teams on Speed, Capacity and Planning to optimize carrier network /li liOptimize transit times and minimize network delays while balancing cost to serve /li liIdentify and execute process improvements to enhance operational efficiency /li liDrive technology adoption and programmatic initiatives to reduce costs /li liLead innovation projects to strengthen network capabilities /li liPartner with carriers, internal teams, and key stakeholders to drive operational excellence /li liEnsure seamless implementation of new initiatives across the network /li liFoster collaborative relationships to support network growth and optimization /li /ul h3A Day in the Life /h3 pA day in this role involves monitoring key performance metrics, coordinating with teams on ensuring on‑time pick‑ups/delivery performance and sufficient capacity across lanes. You will work on short‑term plans to increase quality and speed of the network. The role will require you to troubleshoot operational issues.
