HSE Manager – Milan
My client is expanding its renewable energy activities in Italy and we are looking for an experienced HSE Manager to join the team in Milan.
Responsibilities
- Lead health, safety, and environmental strategy across multiple sites in Italy
- Ensure compliance with Italian legislation and company standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
- Manage audits, inspections, and reporting of HSE KPIs
- Develop training programs and oversee competency of site personnel
- Support project teams during design, construction, and operations
- Drive continuous improvement in safety culture and environmental performance
Requirements
- Degree in engineering, HSE, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in HSE within construction, industrial, or renewable energy projects
- Strong knowledge of Italian HSE legislation
- Experience managing teams and working with contractors
- Fluent in Italian and English
