Position: Junior Digital Media Planner - Rome The Junior Digital Media Planner will support the operational management of the assigned client package at our Rome office. Assist the digital media consultant in developing the annual planning and propose new activations; Produce digital media plans after activating all internal vertical units; Operational management of digital campaigns on major platforms (TikTok, DV360, Amazon DSP); Oversee the setup of digital media campaigns and the creative asset workflow; Monitor campaign performance and produce post-campaign reports / QBRs; Track the reconciliation process of PO for digital media; Maintain relationships with key media partners and seek new ones; Requirements: Over 2 years of experience in digital media planning within an agency environment; Advanced skills in Excel (Pivot tables) and PowerPoint; Good knowledge of digital planning tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, DV360, CM, DoubleVerify, Amazon DSP); Autonomy in using planning tools (e.g., Reach Planner YouTube, Campaign Planner Meta); Native Italian speaker (mandatory) and English at B2 level or higher; Knowledge of all digital disciplines: Display, SEM, Affiliate, Social, Programmatic; Ability to work in a team; Attention to detail; Analytical and critical mindset; Priority management; Nice to have: Knowledge of PowerBI; Experience in managing social and/or programmatic campaigns operationally.
