Position Description: The kitchen and production assistant will handle food preparation, customer assistance, and service. Kitchen staff are also considered.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Support in preparing and packaging ready-made dishes, hot and cold gastronomy
2. Use of specific kitchen equipment (ovens, slicers, scales)
3. Cutting and portioning cold cuts, cheeses, cooked dishes
4. Setting up and replenishing the gastronomic counter in compliance with HACCP hygiene standards
5. Customer assistance in product selection and service at the counter
6. Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work surfaces
Requirements: Experience in kitchen work, food production, or GDO, familiarity with cutting tools (especially slicers), ability to work in a dynamic environment, good team spirit, and passion for gastronomy.
Additional Information: Initial fixed-term contract with possible extension, part-time (24 hours/week) shifts between 6:00 and 22:00, starting at level 5 of the CCNL for tertiary consumer cooperatives. The position is based in Crevoladossola.
