Job Overview
Adecco Hubsite Mobility is seeking an Industrialisation Technician for Alstom Ferroviaria S.p.a. in Sesto San Giovanni, MI. The role is pivotal in transitioning design into production and maintenance of electrical components, especially supporting the repair and revision of in‑service components.
Objectives
The Industrialisation Technician will: Define and implement testing procedures in line with engineering requirements for electronic components. Configure specialised tools and oversee their operational implementation. Adhere to safety, EHS, ergonomics and quality standards. Calculate tool and maintenance costs throughout their lifecycle. Ensure tool availability for production.
Responsibilities
Pre‑bid Phase:
Identify necessary tools with the Industrialisation team and evaluate total tool costs, including design and study. Industrialisation:
Accept production tool requests, design or subcontract tools, initiate purchase requests, participate in bid analysis, validate projects through design reviews, and validate operational tools during first part inspection. Operations:
Follow tool implementation and first use, ensure tool safety, generate CAPEX ROI when required, produce technical documentation and operating instructions, define inspection and maintenance operations, periodically produce inspection sheets and manage calibration review.
Qualifications
Technical Training: Technical technician: Electronic inspector, new graduate, or undergraduate in Electronic Engineering, or bachelor in Electronic Engineering. English read, written and spoken.
Work Experience: Production or maintenance service experience, preferably multi‑year in the railway sector. Ability to identify and understand customer requests. Technical experience in Process Engineering and Production. Good knowledge of LabVIEW, C++ and electrical schematics. Practical knowledge of Quality, EHS standards and ergonomics.
