Job Overview: Key Responsibilities: Farming and Garden Care: - Planting, watering, and harvesting vegetables and other crops. - General garden maintenance, including weeding, pruning, and fertilizing. - Operating and maintaining farm equipment, including tractors. - Monitoring crop health and managing pests as needed. - Maintaining the cleanliness and order of farming areas. Hospitality and Kitchen Assistance: - Assisting in the kitchen washing dishes, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. - Helping with meal service as needed. - Ensuring the dining area is clean and presentable before and after meals. - Cleaning guest rooms, including changing linens, vacuuming, and general tidying. - Maintaining common areas of the property to ensure a welcoming environment for guests. General Property Maintenance: - Assisting with general upkeep of the property, including minor repairs and maintenance. - Ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Qualifications: - Experience in farming, gardening, or agriculture. - Ability to operate and maintain tractors and other farm equipment. - Basic kitchen skills and willingness to assist with cooking and cleaning. - Experience in hospitality or housekeeping is a plus. - Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor. - Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude. - Flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of tasks. - Good communication and teamwork skills.
