Ph3Overview /h3pWe are looking for a bPeople and Culture Specialist /b who will report directly to the AVP People Culture and will be responsible for managing and developing key HR processes across the organization /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3pbEmployer Branding : /b /pullidesign and manage external initiatives and events; /liliactively participate in and contribute to dedicated projects and activities; /lilidevelop and maintain partnership with school, institutions, and universities to strengthen the employer brand /li /ulpbTalent acquisition: /b manage the end to end talent acquisition process, from recruiting and onboarding through hiring, as well as the subsequent monitoring performance in relation to individual career path and in alignment with the tk international Talent Project. /ppbTraining, Development and Engagement: /b /pullianalyze organizational and individual training needs, promoting and supporting a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization. /liliStrenghten employee engagement and talent retention by analyzing insights from periodic employee engagement surveys and actively promoting a managerial culture focused on accountability, goal achievement, and people development /li /ulpbHR Data and Compliance ( Plus): /b support HR decision - making through data analysis ( HR reporting, forecasting, budgeting) and ensure a solid understanding of basic labor law principles. /ph3Requirements /h3ulliAt least 3-5 years of experience in similar roles or as an HRBP within structured, multinational, manufacturing or industrial environments /liliExcellent command of the English language, both written and spoken /liliStrong ability to manage priorities and work effectively under pressure /liliResults-driven mindset with a high level of adaptability in a changing environment /liliVery good knowledge of MS Office tools. /li /ulpWork location: bCopparo (FERRARA), Italy; /b Local residence/domicile is required /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
