EDAN, owning over 80 types of products, has become a leading medical equipment supplier, which maintains sustainable growth worldwide. /p h3About the Role /h3 h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liMarket Strategy and Business Development ol liDevelop and execute a comprehensive business plan for Edan in the Italian market, including market analysis, competitive strategies, goal setting and financial projections. /li liDrive sales growth by establishing and managing local distributor and agent networks. /li liLead the planning and execution of direct sales strategy, including target customer segmentation, direct sales model design (such as direct hospital sales, government procurement and key account management), and sales route planning. /li /ol /li liSubsidiary Establishment and System Setup ol liLead and oversee all preparatory work for the legal incorporation and registration of the Italian subsidiary, including legal compliance and office setup. /li liEstablish an initial operational framework for the Italian market, covering sales, marketing, and basic financial and compliance procedures. /li /ol /li liMarketing and Brand Building ol liDevelop and implement localized marketing, brand promotion and product launch strategies to build Edan’s brand presence in the Italian medical device industry. /li liBuild relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), major hospitals and potential strategic partners. /li liFor direct sales, plan and lead targeted marketing activities and brand penetration initiatives for end key accounts, including large hospitals and healthcare groups. /li /ol /li liCompliance and Risk Management ol liEnsure all business activities comply with EU and local Italian rules governing business conduct, data privacy and medical devices (e.g., MDR). /li liOversee the planning and execution of product registration and certification procedures in Italy. /li /ol /li liTeam Planning and Recruitment ol liFormulate a team development plan aligned with business growth, and recruit, train and manage the initial local team in Italy. /li /ol /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liEducation Background: Master’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering or related disciplines. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liCore Experience: More than 10 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, over 3 years of working experience as a Country Manager or in equivalent leadership roles, and over 3 years of direct sales experience. Candidates with proven track records of building a business from the ground up in Italy or the EU are preferred. /li liKey Capabilities: Proficient in the Italian healthcare system and tendering procedures, familiar with EU MDR regulations, and equipped with an established local professional network. /li liLanguage Requirements: Fluent in Italian and English (mandatory). Command of Chinese is a plus. /li liQuality Requirements: Possess strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills, be result‑driven, and capable of working under resource constraints during the start‑up stage. /li /ul h3Pay Range and Compensation Package /h3 pBasic salary: €75,000 – €112,000 per year + Sales bonus per quarter. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
