Overview
The Campus Director (CD) oversees the overall operation and leadership of one or more Worldwide Campus locations, ensuring exceptional student support services, regulatory compliance, and a strong campus presence within local military and civilian communities.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide academic advising and student support, including degree planning, registration, and progress monitoring.
* Maintain student and campus records in institutional systems and generate audit-ready reports.
* Manage campus budgets, financial reconciliation, purchasing compliance, and travel expenses.
* Ensure all instructional spaces and technology systems are prepared and maintained for daily use.
* Coordinate outreach and marketing activities such as college fairs, military briefings, and community events.
* Recruit, hire, supervise, and evaluate staff, providing coaching and support for development.
* Represent the university externally, building relationships with educational partners, military units, and community stakeholders.
* Participate in required training, workshops, and continuous professional development to enhance campus leadership effectiveness.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
* 1–3 years of relevant professional experience; higher‑education administration is preferred.
* Experience in management and supervision is strongly preferred.
* Demonstrated leadership, organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access) and institutional systems.
* Analytical ability to interpret data for decision‑making.

Compensation
