Our mission is to create meaningful reselling projects and collaborations with top partners, mainly focusing on educational, arts & culture, and iconic brands. The role will report to the Leader of Design & Product Development and will be part of a multi-functional team, comprising marketing, communication, design, graphics, development, and production. The role will oversee the entire design project lifecycle, from concept to production, working with various Moleskine functions. The position is based in Milan. Scope of the role The person will be responsible for translating client needs into effective visual solutions, collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to ensure project alignment with business objectives. They will work with Product Management (PM) and product development teams to create innovative visual solutions, ensuring timely completion and meeting both client and company expectations. They will oversee the entire creative process from conception to execution, focusing on creative thinking. Main responsibilities Ideate and develop visual concepts in collaboration with the Commercial Area, PM, and Brand teams. Present concepts to clients alongside internal stakeholders. Develop and produce prepress files, ensuring technical feasibility with suppliers (for prototypes and mass production). Approve technical prototypes. Manage the creation flow of new item codes for new colours. Ensure artwork compliance by working closely with check editing, FSC Manager, and strategic sourcing. Collaborate with external agencies and print suppliers to meet production needs. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in design. Requirements 5 years of experience in executive prepress file creation. Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) and prepress profiles. Strong creative skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to handle client requests autonomously, ensure precision, and meet deadlines. Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong creative and innovative thinking.
