We are seeking a skilled and organized Hospitality Operations Manager to lead the bar operations at one of our resorts.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will oversee team coordination, service excellence, and beverage quality, ensuring a refined guest experience aligned with our hospitality standards.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the bar team, overseeing activities, discipline, professional appearance, and service quality to ensure guest satisfaction
- Inspect the work environment to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
- Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and accommodate all requests
- Supervise beverage preparation and ensure the quality of the products served
- Keep up with international trends to define industry-standard expectations
- Regularly inspect storage areas to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Monitor beverage inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
- Lead pre-shift briefings with team members
- Inspect staff grooming and attire, addressing any deficiencies
- Plan work schedules and weekly shifts for the bar team
- Review beverage sales and costs, and reconcile any accounting discrepancies
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or similar environments
- Proficiency in French and English
- Extensive knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Familiarity with local and national regulations regarding alcohol service
- Strong skills in team management and inventory control
- Customer service orientation
- Understanding of basic accounting principles, personnel management, and marketing
- Precision and attention to detail
