The role safeguards associate physical and psychological wellbeing through proactive regulatory compliance, health risk management, and mental health crisis response. This dual focus enables a safe, compliant, and caring work environment for clinical and non-clinical associates, in alignment with MVH Europe.brbKey Responsibilities:br/b /pulli Advise and support management and teams in the implementation of Health Safety regulations and best practices. /lili Monitor compliance with Health Safety legislation and internal guidelines. /lili Conduct risk assessments, audits, and workplace inspections. /lili Initiate and support Health Safety training and awareness campaigns. /lili Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions. /lili Maintain and update Health Safety documentation and reporting systems. /lili Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on health and safety matters. /lili Promote a proactive safety culture within the organization.br/li /ulbContext and Scopebr/bAs a Health Safety Advisor, you provide professional advice and support in the area of working conditions (health and safety) to the organization. You are responsible for promoting a safe and healthy working environment and for complying with relevant legislation and internal standards. You will work closely with managers, prevention officers, and Associates to implement and improve policies and procedures. Supports all levels of Associates—from clinical team members to hospital leaders.brbQualifications Experiencebr/bulli Degree or professional certification in Occupational Health Safety or related field. /lili Experience in HSE, occupational health, social work, or employee wellbeing in healthcare environments. /lili Strong knowledge of local/EU safety regulations, risk management, and HSE compliance. /lili Experience in crisis response, trauma-informed practice, and supporting wellbeing in complex environments. /lili Proven ability to design and deliver compliance training and wellbeing campaigns. /lili Familiarity with HSE tools and systems is a plus. /lili Strong understanding of workplace risk assessment and hazard control. /lili Ability to interpret and apply legal standards in a pragmatic manner. /lili Excellent communication and influencing skills. /lili Experience with incident investigation and root cause analysis. /lili Capable of delivering training sessions and creating awareness materials. /lili Willingness to travel (3 days per week). /li /ul
