TXT e-Tech, a company of the TXT Group, is looking for a professional to join Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) activities within Defense programmes.
The selected candidate will work closely with the reference ILS Manager, contributing to the management and coordination of programme logistics activities, product configuration verification and obsolescence data analysis, ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets and applicable standards.
Main responsibilities:
Assign logistics tasks to the relevant technical resources, defining associated timelines and costs
Support the coordination of ILS activities in alignment with project progress
Participate in technical project reviews
Draft and update programme contractual logistics documentation
Monitor activity progress in terms of schedule, budget and technical content
Estimate and plan additional logistics activities
Define logistics requirements for COTS components and external suppliers
Verify ILS product tree configuration using internal company tools
Prepare data for As Built configuration management
Collect and analyse obsolescence monitoring data
Contribute to the preparation of commercial proposals
Produce quarterly progress reports
Required technical skills:
Knowledge of Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) principles and methodologies
Knowledge of logistics MIL-STD standards, particularly MIL-STD-1388
Ability to perform Maintenance Task Analysis and Supportability Analysis
Knowledge of ILS product configuration management
Familiarity with Product Life Cycle Management concepts
Experience with software editing, calculation and configuration tools
Possession of Italian Security Clearance (NOS) or willingness to initiate the process
Optional technical skills:
Knowledge of MIL-HDBK-217F (Reliability Prediction)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good command of English language (B1/B2 level)
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
Management Engineering
Aerospace Engineering

Electronic Engineering
Alternatively, a technical diploma with significant industry experience will also be considered.
