About the role As an Account Executive with Diageo, you are responsible for ensuring our customer, category, and brand plans are executed effectively in-store/outlet to drive sell-out of our brands. You will ensure that wherever we connect with consumers/shopper, they will find our brands consistently and appealingly. Portfolio: Core, Reserve, Innovation, Packaged beer Customers: Cocktail bars, nightclubs, pubs, restaurants with potential sell-out of at least 300 liters of spirits annually (excluding aperitif category) Responsibilities: Outlet Identification & Segmentation: Identify outlets within the territory, categorize them based on segmentation guidelines, and record them in the CRM system. Visit outlets based on call frequency. Driving Distribution: Identify partnership opportunities, work with the Account Manager and sales team to identify distribution, pouring, and activation opportunities, and negotiate agreements. Execution of Standards: Drive sales drivers in line with store standards, implement promotional activities per the activity calendar, supervise and measure performance, and take corrective actions when needed. Teamwork: Coordinate with the Account Manager to identify partnership opportunities, report to the Regional Manager. About you Requirements: Strong desire to succeed and meet targets. Passionate about the night trade. Ability to build and influence relationships with customers. Results-oriented with a proactive attitude. Flexible communication skills adaptable to different buyers. Quick learner with a broad portfolio knowledge. Willing to work evenings and nights regularly. Experience: 1 years in sales, preferably in on-trade channels.
