Controller Overseas

What you will do
The Controller Overseas is responsible for overseeing financial performance across international markets, ensuring accurate reporting, driving financial planning processes, and supporting strategic decision-making for overseas division.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes for overseas entities
* Coordinate budgeting and forecasting cycles across international subsidiaries
* Monitor revenue, margins, and cost structure across markets
* Provide in-depth financial analysis and performance insights
* Support pricing strategy and profitability improvement initiatives
* Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and local regulations
* Partner with local Finance teams and regional management
* Drive process improvements and standardization across countries
* Support investment analysis and business case evaluations
What you need to succeed
Must have
* Strong knowledge of international reporting standards
* Ability to manage complexity in a multi-country environment
Nice to have
Knowledge of the FMCG or White Goods industry is a plus
Education
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management Engineering or related field
Professional experience
5–8+ years of experience in controlling, preferably in multinational companies
Language
Fluent in italian and English (additional languages are a plus)
Technical Skills
* Advanced Excel and ERP knowledge (SAP preferred)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
