This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Support Specialist located in Milan. The IT Support Specialist will provide technical support to end users, address and resolve system and software issues, and assist with troubleshooting hardware and software problems, including desktop computers. The role also involves managing and maintaining IT systems, including Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, as well as collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient IT operations.
Qualifications Strong skills in Technical Support, Help Desk Support, and Troubleshooting Experience with Desktop Computers and Information Technology systems Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and related tools Preferred experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and C++ Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment IT certifications or a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is considered a plus Previous experience in IT support roles is desirable
