The ideal candidate will have solid experience in management control and will be responsible for: Supervising all accounting operations, including the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll management Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement) in accordance with national and international accounting standards Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with various departments Conducting cost analysis, profitability analysis, and other ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic and operational decisions Collaborating with external auditors for annual audit activities Identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy Supporting the accounting team, promoting a growth and collaboration environment Il profilo Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field Proven experience of at least 5-7 years in a Controller role or similar financial position Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data Strong command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions, financial modeling) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information to all stakeholders Good knowledge of the English language (ability to communicate and understand at an intermediate level) Cosa offriamo Professional growth in a highly dynamic sector Youthful, dynamic, and motivated team A modern corporate culture with flat hierarchies Work location in Milan We value diversity and equal opportunities.
