Automotive Sector – Vimodrone (Milan)
Requirements
* Proven and solid experience in a similar role, preferably within the Automotive sector, or previous experience in managing operational teams
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively lead, manage and motivate teams towards the achievement of given results
* Excellent coordination, organizational and planning skills
* Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities and capability to understand customer needs
* Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for the assigned budget, ensuring the achievement of defined economic objectives
* Interfaces with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes and deliver solutions increasingly focused on customer satisfaction
* Carries out coaching activities for team members
* Ensures the correct implementation and continuous improvement of Customer Care processes
* Defines new customer caring activities in collaboration with the relevant departments to meet emerging needs
