Ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liContribute to managing the procurement of raw materials, being involved in the commodity strategy definition with a specific focus on sourcing execution. /li liFoster long‑term partnerships with suppliers, acting as their focal point for supplier visits, business reviews, negotiations, price lists and quality management. /li liMaintain effective relationships and communicate with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Supply Chain, RD, Quality and Finance. /li liPrepare and conduct negotiations with suppliers regarding commercial terms, payment conditions and delivery terms in collaboration with the Regional and Global Commodity Managers. /li liPrepare and analyze performance, risk and sustainability reports for business meetings. /li liConduct comparative analysis of supplier capabilities and cost drivers to gain insights and improve spending efficiency and effectiveness for raw materials. /li liSupport the execution and tracking of innovation and sustainability projects in line with the company’s ESG targets. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liGraduate in Engineering, Economics or related fields. /li liAt least 3 years of experience in a similar procurement role. /li liFluent in Italian and English (Spanish is a plus). /li liStrong passion for procurement and a desire to grow in the field. /li liAnalytical thinking, project management skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. /li liProactive, adaptable and able to thrive in dynamic environments. /li liEnjoy collaborating across teams in an international setting. /li liStrong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). /li /ul h3Selection Process /h3 pInterview with the Talent Acquisition team, the Global Commodity Manager – Chemicals and the Direct Procurement Director. /p pBased in Verona. /p pWe are happy to make any reasonable adjustments to the recruitment process to accommodate your needs.
