The Role
We are seeking a Commissioning & Qualification Senior Project Engineer for a company providing specialized engineering and consulting services in the pharmaceutical, chemical, healthcare, and energy sectors.
* Preparation of Validation Master Plan
* Execution of Design Qualification (DQ)
* Risk analysis on plants, processes, and equipment (risk analysis, impact assessment, FMEA)
* Coordination and execution of factory acceptance tests (FAT) for equipment and plants
* Assistance, start-up, and commissioning of plants, machinery, and services
* Coordination and execution of site acceptance tests (SAT) for equipment and plants
* Calibration of instrumentation
* Qualification activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) of plants and systems
* Requalification and periodic verification activities
* Support for Process Validation
Job Requirements
Mandatory skills:
* At least 4 years of C&Q experience for fill-finish, packaging, assembly, and compounding plants
* Master's degree in industrial engineering, preferably in chemical, biomedical, or mechanical engineering or related fields
* Advanced knowledge of FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ procedures and documentation
* Knowledge of main testing tools (e.g., GE Kaye Validator, data loggers for thermal validation studies, HVAC testing instruments, calibration tools)
* Driving license B, preferably with own vehicle
* Experience with AutoCAD 2D and 3D is a plus
* Italian native level (minimum C1)
* Good knowledge of English, spoken and written
