The role ensures that raw materials and finished products meet international regulations and Prada Group sustainability standards. It supports quality and environmental responsibility across all product categories—leather goods, footwear, ready‑to‑wear, accessories and home—while proactively coordinating with internal teams and external laboratories to secure full compliance. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liConduct regular research and analysis on international regulations to identify new compliance constraints for import and commercialization of products. /li liEnsure compliance of raw materials and finished products with international regulations and Prada Group’s Product Restricted Substances List (PRSL), effectively managing external analysis laboratories. /li liUse PLM systems to manage testing and the compliance control plan, perform supervisory checks to ensure adherence to established analysis protocols, and continually monitor the supply chain for compliance verification. /li liMaintain oversight of analysis laboratories, evaluate reports, and manage samples for testing. /li liProvide support to internal teams in understanding and applying compliance protocols, assist with technical or methodological queries, and implement corrective actions when needed. /li liCollaborate effectively with departments such as Leather Goods, Footwear, RTW, and Home, as well as liaise with other Group companies to synchronize activities and standardize documentation. /li /ul h3Knowledge and Skills /h3 ul liDegree in Chemistry, Engineering, Natural Science or similar. /li li2–3 years of experience in Product Compliance, preferably in the fashion luxury industry (leather goods, footwear, RTW, etc.). /li liGood understanding of product development processes. /li liStrong ability to manage complex regulatory frameworks in a fast‑paced production environment. /li liProficiency in English (verbal and written). /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills for relationship management with various stakeholders. /li liAttention to detail and aptitude to manage and prioritize multiple tasks concurrently. /li /ul pJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
