The Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring top-tier customer service, managing budgets, supervising food and beverage services, and ensuring the efficient functioning of reception services. As the leader of the hotel team, you will play a critical role in driving sales, maintaining operational excellence, and shaping a culture of hospitality that delights guests and exceeds their expectations. This is an on-site role requiring a hands-on approach to management.Qualifications - Boutique Hotel Manager - Firenze - OPENINGStrong Customer Service skills with the ability to create exceptional guest experiences and address concerns effectively.Experience in Budgeting and Financial Management to maintain profitability and cost controls.Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu planning, quality assurance, costing, and compliance with health standards.Proficiency in overseeing and managing Receptionist Duties, including reservations, check-ins, and efficient front desk operations.Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.Prior experience or education in hospitality management is highly beneficial.Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly Italian and English are a must.Ideally, you have pre-opening experience, are available on short term.
