PpTenuta Toscana, nestled in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, is seeking a Member Services Coordinator who will assist with greetings, reservations, and overall member experience and satisfaction. /p h3Main duties and responsibilities /h3 ul liMeet members/guests upon arrival and departure and greet them by name. /li liCreate and maintain member profiles and preferences. /li liCreate itineraries, coordinate transportation needs, reservations, and activities for members, guests, and visitors and with appropriate departments or vendors. /li liCreate and update list of trusted local area vendors, stores, and services to recommend to members/guests when requested. /li liAnswer incoming Club phones and transfer where needed. /li liCreate and provide reports related to specific departments, including a daily report on onsite activity and up-to-date 10-day forecast of visits and special requests. /li liCreate and update written communication and visual guides including calendars, amenity lists, staff listing, bios, and photos. /li liCreate invitations or fliers to distribute to membership regarding Club events. /li liAssist with planning and promoting Club events. /li liWork closely with Sales to create exceptional experiences for prospects/visitors. /li liWork with General Manager and Public Relations team to promote positive experiences, including photography. /li liAssist in the golf retail shop as needed. /li liOther duties as assigned. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liHigh school diploma or equivalent. College degree in hospitality, communications/marketing, or public relations preferred. /li liAt least 6 months of prior hospitality experience, customer service, and telephone experience. /li liMust have an outgoing well-spoken personality be able to clearly interact verbally with members and guests. /li liMust be responsible, dependable, outgoing and friendly, as well as patient and courteous with members/guests and other co-workers. /li liExperience with Word, Excel, Publisher, Power Point, Email, and a willingness to learn new computer programs that the Club utilizes. /li liFull-time contract in accordance with the Italian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) /li liMeals provided both during working hours and on days off /li liUniforms and laundry service provided /li liOngoing training to enhance personal and professional development /li liDiscounts on dining, wellness, and sports activities available at the resort and estate /li /ul pThis research is addressed to candidates of both genders with reference to Italian Law 903/77 and Law 125/91. /p pThis position is based in Tuscany.
