Responsibilities Provides HR support during the ELM (Employee Lifecycle Management) towards all assigned organizational units and teams Administrates all operational HR processes including organizational and employee development, Training and Learning, Compensation and Benefits Supports HR and Business Leads in local training and development matters Coordinates and administrates recruitment process and supports HR and Line Managers with the pre-qualification of candidates, incl. 1st. round interviews Maintains all HR systems (especially Workday) and coordinates interface with external providers Supports the trustworthy cooperation with local works councils, trade unions and associations Ensures compliant administration of all corporate and local policies, rules, processes and standards based on needs and requirements Completes essential administration tasks Interactions Local HR Manager / HR Director / HR Business Partner Regional / BU HR Director / Global HR functions (task related) Local Leadership Team(s), Managers and employees Workers Council, Unions Local Service Providers, e.g. Software companies, training providers, Tax consultants Qualifications Professional education in business administration or similar education 2 or more years' experience in business administration as a (Junior) HR Generalist or in a similar function English language skills J-18808-Ljbffr
