Position: Industrial Controller
Manpower is seeking an Industrial Controller for a prominent company in the metalworking sector. The role involves managing industrial costs, monitoring production performance, and supporting business performance analysis. The candidate will contribute to operational efficiency improvements by collaborating across various departments.
Responsibilities:
1. Analyze production costs and support the creation of budgets and forecasts.
2. Monitor costs and production performance, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions.
3. Collaborate with the Financial Management team to prepare monthly and annual reports.
4. Manage analysis of variable and fixed costs, assessing impacts on production processes.
5. Create and update KPIs to monitor business performance.
6. Work with the production team to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
* Excellent knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in a similar role, preferably in industrial environments.
