Position Summary A Day in the Life of an IS/IT Junior Technology Specialist: - Assist with providing specialist consulting, guidance, and support for at least three of the products managed by your team: Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Planner, Forms, Sway, Delve), Social Collaboration (Viva Engage, Stream, intranet), and Microsoft 365 Office Apps (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel). - Assist in monitoring IS/IT service partners to ensure they provide the necessary service levels, system performance, and functionality to support business operations. - Assist with support processes including incident, problem, change, and configuration management, working closely with product or platform teams - Support the technical activity (design, build, testing) in significant or complex innovation initiatives of the product teams for the quality delivery of new technoligies - Support to deliver efficient, secure and compliant IS/IT systems that fulfil the business needs - Support the implementation and management of IS/IT quality and efficiency improvements.
