The company aims for economic efficiency, process standardization, technological innovation, and promotes employee well-being, aligning with sustainability goals.Within the activities of the Construction Management Projects and Site Orders organizational unit, we are seeking an expert Project Manager. Key responsibilities include:Managing the definition and execution of activities/projects for new constructions and extraordinary maintenance on Military Bases and Production Plants;Overseeing all technical, organizational, and economic aspects of assigned sites, monitoring each phase;Ensuring projects are completed according to planned costs, timelines, and requirements, including stakeholder interactions;Handling administrative authorizations and client approvals for works, and providing support for authorization disputes;Managing relationships with internal and end clients, including project control and monitoring;Managing technical aspects with the team, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring operational levels meet quality, time, and budget objectives.Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Architecture with at least 3 years of experience (expert level).Experience Level: Junior or Expert.Ability to understand and prepare technical documentation in construction, civil, and systems engineering;Experience managing procurement tenders, including public tenders;Project Management skills;Knowledge of Legislative Decree 81/08 and health and safety regulations;Familiarity with Legislative Decrees 36/2023 and 50/2016;Previous experience as site manager, safety coordinator, or technical/operational site manager;Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity involving various company functions such as Purchasing, Legal, and Divisional units;Skills in coordinating and verifying quality of work by contractors and professionals in project documentation;Monitoring of work progress, quality, costs, and optimization is also required.Behavioral Skills:Teamwork skills;Strong problem-solving ability;Flexibility and dynamism;Goal orientation;Organizational and planning skills.Language Skills: English B2 level.IT Skills: Willingness to travel frequently within Italy and abroad.We look forward to receiving your application: please send your CV within three weeks of the job posting.Selection process: After collecting applications, the most suitable CVs are evaluated.
