PpWe are seeking a Transport Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to support continuous improvement initiatives, optimize and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a background in lean methodologies. Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English are essential. /ppKey Responsibilities: /pulliSupport the continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational costs. /liliEvaluation and enhancing the Distribution network to ensure optimal coverage, service quality, and cost-effectiveness. /liliWork and optimize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to improve Distribution management, scheduling, and operational control. /liliTry to develop lean methodologies to boost productivity, minimize waste, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. /liliSupport design and optimization of facility layouts to enhance operational efficiency and responsiveness. /li /ulpWhat We Are Looking For: /pulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. /liliExperience in Logistics Transport Companies, in Business Process Excellence project. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliCertification in Lean Six Sigma or similar quality management frameworks would be a plus. /liliStrong organizational skills with the ability to work in team and on multiple projects simultaneously /liliExcellent communication skills in both Italian and English. /li /ulh3WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER /h3pWith a genuine culture of reward and recognition, we want our employees to grow, develop and be part of our journey.
