Where no two days are the same. /p h3Your Role /h3 pbCustomer Technical Project Manager (CTPM) /b is responsible for leading and managing the bend‑to‑end (E2E) technical delivery /b of complex projects, ensuring the full solution is successfully integrated, validated, and accepted according to the contracted scope. This role involves coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams and managing all project phases — from bpre‑sales and technical design /b through bintegration, validation, and final customer acceptance /b. /p ul liLead and direct the project’s technical functions, including Analysis Design, Integration, and Verification Validation. /li liEnsure end‑to‑end technical delivery in alignment with contractual requirements and project KPIs. /li liParticipate in the pre‑sales phase, defining the technical delivery strategy from requirements gathering through final acceptance. /li liDefine project organization, technical gates, deliverables, tools, and governance model. /li liLead technical execution during implementation and coordinate activities across multiple streams. /li liIdentify, assess, and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle. /li liCoordinate resolution of critical technical issues, engaging engineering teams as needed. /li liVerify Quality of Service (QoS) and solution stability, ensuring compliance with KPIs and SLAs. /li liAdvise the customer on network evolution and identify up‑scope opportunities within the project. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul li7+ years of experience managing complex, cross-domain, end‑to‑end technical projects. /li liEnd‑to‑End Planning or Cross‑functional Team Alignment or Deployment Management or Operational Activities Coordination. /li liSDM ou Cloud (FW, CBIS, NCS, SDL/HSS/HLR) ou CBIS ou NPC ou AAA upgrades ou IMS / VoLTE Core ou Diameter / RADIUS platforms ou interconnect gateways; /li liStrong expertise in Telecom Core Networks, Cloud, and Data Center technologies. /li liSolid understanding of pre‑sales activities, including scoping, estimation, and risk management. /li liProven ability to lead technical teams and coordinate across multiple workstreams. /li liStrong sense of ownership, accountability, and technical leadership. /li liExperience in system engineering, integration, and configuration/change management. /li liCapable of working independently, delivering results with minimal supervision. /li liExcellent customer interaction and communication skills. /li liExperience and knowledge of Nokia products and solutions. /li liPrior involvement in pre‑sales engagements. /li liExperience with public and/or hybrid cloud environments. /li liFamiliarity with CI/CD automation and DevOps practices. /li /ul h3What You’ll Love About Working Here /h3 ul liJoin a multicultural and inclusive team environment. /li liEnjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work‑life balance. /li liHybrid work. /li liYour career growth is central to our mission.
