As Workday Integration Consultant:
You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.
In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:
- Integration Leadership & Expertise: Share best practices and lead discovery sessions on Workday integrations, including system rationalization and domain-specific solutions.
- Project Delivery & Team Management: Oversee integration design and documentation, guide a team of consultants, and ensure high-quality delivery in close collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
- Client Engagement & Pre-Sales Support: Host workshops, lead discussions, and contribute to shaping integration solutions during pre-sales and client engagement phases.
Job Qualifications
We are looking for experience in the following areas:
- Proficiency in multiple integration platforms (e.g., Workday Studio, Connectors, EIBs, SAP Integration tools)
- Experience in several full-cycle implementations (Workday, SAP, or similar), including requirements gathering, integration design, testing, and deployment
- Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed, and efficiently manage virtual team and client interactions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Fluency in English and Italian
Set yourself apart:
- Up-to-date Integration certification for Workday, SAP, or similar platforms
- Cloud Connect or third-party Payroll and Benefits integration experience
- Workday Studio or SAP CPI/PI certification
- Ability to work closely with a global team, including offshore delivery teams
- Experience with reporting tools (Workday Reporting/PRISM/Extend, SAP Analytics/Reporting)
- Workday HCM, Financials, or SAP functional/consulting experience
- Fluency in additional languages
