Analyze the financial and service conditions of contracts during the awarding phaseParticipate in on-site inspections with the Project ManagerManage meetings with clients and receive technical/administrative requirementsOrganize the operations necessary for the start-up of parking areasCoordinate shifts and personnel involved in the management of parking areasMonitor and periodically report the economic flows of the assigned areasImplement actions aimed at increasing the profitability of the managed areasEnsure the proper condition of the premises and materials, and compliance with company proceduresEnsure compliance with safety regulations for the areas under managementLiaise with external entities (suppliers, municipal administrations, maintenance or security companies)
Requirements
High school diploma or degree, preferably in management-related fieldsExperience in operational coordination, facility management, or project management rolesExcellent organizational and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving skills and the ability to manage tasks independentlyGood knowledge and use of main IT systems
