In this role you will support the SPOCT disciplines to coordinate engineering activities across testing, validation, certification, and production for the Catalyst Turboprop Engine. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure regulation-compliant system requirements and deliver a high-quality product that meets customer and certification needs. You will contribute to certification activities and support production readiness, while balancing technical and business objectives. This role offers impact through engineering system integration at scale, with a focus on ensuring safe, certifiable engine performance.

- Support SPOCT disciplines during engine testing execution.
- Manage system and SPOCT requirements to ensure compliance and proper validation.
- Contribute to certification activities including rig and engine testing.
- Support production readiness and field support within SPOCT domain.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to meet project goals.
- Perform risk assessment and make trade-offs considering technical and business impacts.
- Participate in technical and program reviews and report progress to leadership.
Responsabilità
- Master's degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering related to heat transfer, fluid mechanics, propulsion or turbomachinery aerodynamics.
- Strong experience in product development of complex aerospace systems (performance, operability, control, thermal, or aerodynamics).
- Experience with requirements management and related tools.
- Experience with New Product Development (NPI) process.
- Technical leadership and/or program management experience.
- Experience with FAA and/or EASA certification processes.
- Fluent in English;
Italian knowledge is a plus. - Work visa as required by local regulations.
