**Role purpose**:
**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:
- Resource and workload management.
- Resource coaching to achieve personal and team goal.
- In collaboration with sales department drive the team to achieve common sales target.
- High level design for projects related to customization of Vodafone Business Products (i.e Network/VRUX, Mobile, IoT, Digital, C&H, SPC, etc ).
- Provide cost estimate as input to customer P&L
- Provide technical documentation with project details as input in offer documentation.
**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:
- Strong communication and relationship skills.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance in complex organizations.
- Knowledge of TLC/ICT market and solutions for Large, Enterprise and Public Administration customers.
- Knowledge of tender management and responses.
- Commercial Awareness.
**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:
- 5+ years of technical experience
- Resource management skills
- Relevant higher education in networking and ICT field.
- Strong attitude to problem solving.
- Fluent in English.
- Profit and Loss KPI's understanding
