Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical fieldProven relevant experience in customer project execution within Oil, Gas, Refining, Chemicals, or Petrochemicals industriesExpertise in APC, RTO, and energy/process optimization software solutionsStrong ability to translate technical solutions into business value propositions for customersProven experience managing multi-project execution and stakeholder engagementEffective communication, leadership, and mentoring skills with a collaborative mindsetWillingness to travel internationally for project support and execution
