Continuous Improvement Specialist – Water Treatment Grundfos Water Treatment Italy is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist for the QHSE & Facility Department. The successful candidate will support the ongoing enhancement of business processes by driving efficiency, quality, and innovation, with a strong focus on developing and implementing sustainability projects aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. Responsibilities Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives across Operations, QHSE, and Facility areas, applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Develop, coordinate, and monitor sustainability projects (e.g., energy efficiency, water consumption reduction, waste management and reduction, circular economy). Facilitate Kaizen workshops and cross-functional problem-solving activities. Define and monitor improvement and sustainability KPIs, ensuring measurable results and periodic reporting to management. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and sustainability by actively engaging employees. Identify digitalization opportunities to support process efficiency and reduce environmental impact Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Economics, or related fields. Previous experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Project Management, or similar roles. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, problem-solving tools, and project management techniques. Basic understanding of corporate sustainability and environmental management. Strong analytical skills, results-oriented mindset, and collaborative approach Full professional proficiency in English Do you want to learn more?
