You will join a global team, contributing to the design and development of critical components.Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Act as a Manager or Sub-project Manager for development projects.Product Design: Design components for transformer accessories and develop static/dynamic assemblies in close cooperation with manufacturing, production, and suppliers.Technical Support: Serve as the technical reference point for internal departments (Sales, Order Processing, Technical Service, Complaint Management) and customers.Verification: Plan and coordinate tests for technical verification.Data Management: Manage Part Numbers and create Bills of Materials (BOM) using the ERP system.
Requirements
Education: Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.Experience: Several years of relevant professional experience in mechanical/electromechanical design.CAD Skills: Very good knowledge of 3D CAD is mandatory (Solid Edge is highly desirable; AutoCAD).Manufacturing Knowledge: Solid understanding of the following industrial processes:
Die/Sand/Shell castingCNC machining
Additional Skills: Knowledge of FEM calculations and ERP logic is desirable. Project Management experience is a strong plus.Languages: Fluent in English and Italian (minimum B2 level, written and spoken).Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, creativity, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills for teamwork in an international environment.
