The Program Manager is accountable for the end to end governance, coordination, and delivery of a program composed of multiple interrelated projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and realization of business value. The role operates at a strategic and cross functional level, providing overall direction, coherence, and prioritization across projects, stakeholders, and regions. The Program Manager ensures effective execution at scale while maintaining strong oversight on risks, dependencies, and benefits realization. The role is part of the Service Excellence organization and contributes to initiatives aimed at improving after sales performance, service processes, quality, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. In this context, the Program Manager provides strategic coordination and governance, ensuring alignment across projects, consistency of execution, and value realization, while acting as a key interface between Service Excellence, Digital/ICT, and regional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Define and maintain the program vision, objectives, and roadmap in line with business strategy.
Ensure coherence, alignment, and prioritization across all projects within the program.
Define and manage governance structures, decision frameworks, and escalation paths.
Monitor overall program performance, risks, interdependencies, and critical issues.
Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams within the program.
Ensure alignment of timelines, scope, priorities, and resources.
Manage interdependencies and conflicts between projects.
Support sequencing and prioritization decisions to optimize business value.
Oversee execution through Project Managers or Stream Owners.
Ensure delivery against agreed milestones, quality standards, and expected benefits.
Identify and address program level risks and issues, driving mitigation actions.
Ensure consistent execution across functions, regions, and stakeholders.
Act as the primary interface for program sponsors and senior management.
Coordinate with central functions, regions, and external partners.
Ensure alignment between business, ICT, and operational stakeholders.
Support change management activities to enable adoption and sustainability.
Define and track program KPIs and benefits.
Ensure delivery of expected business outcomes, beyond individual project outputs.
Monitor value realization and propose corrective actions where required.
Consolidate and present program reporting to governance bodies and executive management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10–15 years of professional experience in Program Management, managing complex, multi project initiatives.
Strong background in project management and cross functional coordination.
Proven ability to manage strategic initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders.
Experience in regional or international environments is a strong asset.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple Project Managers or workstreams.
Strong leadership, influencing, and decision making capabilities.
Strategic thinking combined with execution focus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and competing priorities.
Results oriented and value driven mindset.
University degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
Project / Program Management certifications (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a plus.
Fluent English is mandatory. Additional languages are considered an asset.
