Operating in 180+ countries, we design and deliver people‑first solutions powered by cloud‑based technology – helping organizations grow and enabling workforces to perform at their best. /p pbRole: Payroll Specialist /b – support the operational teams to ensure they are skilled and knowledgeable in meeting client deadlines, provide functional and technical expertise support for a selection of clients. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerform correct and efficient payroll preparation and calculation, ensuring a timely and correct payment run. /li liMaintain, control and update complex personnel information and payroll data of clients in SAP HR. /li liRespond to and solve personnel administration, time management and payroll cases or issues escalated by Tier 1 or directly from HR Business Partners. /li liAdvise and inform clients about implementation and use of employment law and help them to find solutions for administrative, payroll related and legal issues. /li liAct as a SAP HR key user for clients: formulate change requests, prepare functional analysis, test configuration and prepare reporting in SAP HR. /li liHave daily interactions with other departments and clients by phone and e‑mail. /li liBuild up and maintain a relationship of confidence and mutual respect with clients. /li liContinuously follow up on changes and updates in employment law. /li liProduce regular and on‑demand payroll reports and statistical information. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent. /li liGood knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel…). /li liKnowledge of SAP HR or any other HR system is a plus. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills. /li liAccurate in terms of quality and respect of deadlines. /li liStrong sense of integrity with an awareness of confidentiality and diplomacy. /li liAbility to organize work and priorities to meet deadlines with limited supervision. /li liAbility to work autonomously while having a strong sense of commitment to team and department. /li liBe a good analyzer and problem solver. /li liGood English knowledge. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pInternational business environment and opportunity to use foreign languages.
