Are you in? /p h3Your Role /h3 pbKey responsibilities in your new role : /b /p pAs a Senior Project Manager Power Modules, you will be responsible for ensuring that Infineon’s projects on intelligent power modules and integrated solutions development run successfully. /p ul liLead project management activities for Integrated Power Modules (IPM) and Molded Modules, overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning to execution /li liDevelop, implement, and monitor comprehensive project plans – organizing resources and controlling budgets to ensure the achievement of all operational targets and deliverables /li liServe as the primary point of contact for all project-related inquiries, ensuring transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders /li liBuild, guide, and inspire intercultural project teams to drive collaboration /li liDelegate tasks and define clear responsibilities within the project team, coordinating Project Managers of sub-projects and supporting team members to maximize team performance /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 pbQualifications and skills to help you succeed : /b /p pYou are highly motivated and result oriented, you take initiative and are able to support your team achieving ambitious goals. You have excellent communication skills and are personally committed to customer needs.
