We are currently looking for an experiencedSystem Administratorto join aSecurity Operations teambased inIspra, Italy.
The role involves managing and securing IT systems and networks, combiningdaily operationswith participation instrategic projectsrelated to cybersecurity and infrastructure management.
Main responsibilities:
Support the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of IT systems and servers.
Implement and manage network security solutions (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS).
Handle vulnerability detection, incident response, and remediation processes.
Collaborate on infrastructure and security improvement projects.
Ensure system reliability, availability, and compliance with security standards.
Required skills and experience:
Expert knowledge offirewall technologies(Cisco, Fortinet, VMware NSX).
Proficiency inVPN standards(IPSec, SSL).
Experience withIDS/IPSandvulnerability managementtools (Tenable Nessus, Tenable Security Center).
Strong background inWindows Server / Active Directory administration.
Familiarity withWeb Application Firewalls(e.g., F5) andsecurity monitoring tools(e.g., Splunk).
Good understanding ofTCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, andmulti-factor authentication systems.
