* Build features with guidance.
* Improve existing systems. Help fix bugs, refactor code, and improve reliability and performance in parts of the product that dealers and manufacturers use every day.
* Work with AI as a teammate.
* Collaborate in a real engineering team. Participate in code reviews, planning sessions, and discussions about design and trade-offs, gaining exposure to how senior engineers think.
What You Bring:
* Solid foundations.
* Knowledge of at least one programming language (PHP, Java, Python).
* Understanding of core concepts like HTTP, APIs, databases, and basic data structures.
* Some web experience. You’ve built small projects (personal, university, bootcamp, or internship) that include a backend, frontend, or both.
* Curiosity about AI tools.
* Problem‑solving mindset. You enjoy understanding why something works (or breaks), not just getting it to “pass”. You ask questions and seek feedback.
* Team attitude. You communicate clearly and ask for support when you’re stuck.
