4. The Customer Experience Specialist, within the Marketing Global team, will be responsible for designing and delivering personalized customer experiences in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
5. Responsibilities include:
1. Assess targets by identifying key personas and clusters, understanding their specific needs and support requirements.
2. Define customer journeys by leveraging design and execution of enriched, personalized experiences with a focus on innovation and high customer value perception.
3. Maintain a constant focus on customer needs through regular listening and data analysis to deliver omnichannel retail experiences, empowering store professionals through advanced data enrichment and customized journeys.
4. Lead business projects by understanding business needs and ensuring their successful execution.
6. What you'll need:
1. 3-4 years of experience in customer experience design roles.
2. Knowledge of process design methodologies and tools.
3. Experience in defining customer journeys, customer experience, and processes (experience with omnichannel projects is a plus).
4. Project management experience with autonomy in delivery.
5. Stakeholder management skills across functions.
6. Excellent communication skills (e.g., chairing meetings, facilitating workshops).
7. Ability to involve, influence, and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
8. Ability to operate effectively in changing and complex environments.
9. Fluency in English (required).
