<p><strong>Stern Energy Spa </strong>a leading service company for utility-scale and industrial photovoltaic power plants, with 6 subsidiaries across Europe, more than 250 employees, and 2.0 GW assets under management, is looking for a:</p><p><br></p><p><strong>IT Specialist – ERP Support</strong></p><p><br></p><p>to provide functional and technical support for our ERP systems.</p><p>The ideal candidate has some years of hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as <strong>IFS, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, or NetSuite</strong>, and is comfortable working in an international environment requiring <strong>C1-level proficiency in both English and German</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Provide day-to-day support for ERP systems to end users</li><li>Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP-related issues across business functions and countries</li><li>Support ERP users by providing guidance, training, and maintaining documentation</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into potential ERP improvements</li><li>Assist with ERP enhancements, system upgrades, and new module implementations</li><li>Coordinate with external vendors and consultants when needed</li><li>Ensure data integrity, system reliability, and compliance with IT standards</li><li>Create and maintain technical and functional documentation</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential requirements and skills:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Strong understanding of ERP processes (preferred procurement, supply chain, operations and maintenance)</li><li>Experience in ERP configuration, troubleshooting, and user support;</li><li>Very good analytical and problem-solving skills;</li><li><strong>C1 level proficiency in English and German</strong> (spoken and written)</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>More than 2 years of experience supporting ERP systems</li><li>Experience with ERP integrations and reporting tools</li><li>Background in IT support, application support, or business systems analysis</li><li>Experience working in an international or multicultural environment</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Salary: €33,000–€35,000 gross per year (placement within the range will depend on experience, skills, and seniority level).</p>
