Purpose of position/responsibility: You will be responsible for carrying out crucial warehouse tasks and activities based on instructions from the Warehouse Coordinator and/or the Warehouse Team Leader. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with company SOPs and current safety regulations, striving to achieve both quantity and quality objectives in warehouse operations. Specific tasks/primary activities: - Loading and unloading tipped vehicles - Controlling and identifying materials - Delivering materials to production - Moving materials to and from production premises - Preparing materials contained in freezers - Leading control and movement of production returns, semi-finished products, and end-of-batch finished products - Preparing shipments of bulk and finished products and samples to customers - Conducting movements through the accurate use of the PMX system (handheld) Purpose of the position/responsibilities: - Support the accurate operation of the warehouse, optimizing internal processes and tools for its smooth operation. - Achieve quality objectives for receiving and shipping activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. - Supervise warehouse stock to ensure alignment of physical and accounting inventories for annual and customer-specific inventories. Specific tasks/primary activities: - Coordinate the movement of materials (Raw Materials, Semi-finished and Finished) - Lead relations with Production departments, Supply Chain, and external warehouses to optimize handling of incoming and outgoing materials/products. - Implement transactions concurrently with material movements, ensuring alignment of warehouse physical and accounting inventories. - Conduct daily Tiers with staff and update the department board. - Collaborate in material destruction/disposal activities. - Facilitate on-the-job training for new staff. - Verify all documentation compiled for activities carried out, including customer data sheets and graphic reports. - Coordinate shift operators and prioritize activities to ensure continuity for the next shift, ensuring a smooth handover. - Ensure forklifts operate accurately and report any difficulties. - Report any anomalies in freezers, fridges/cold rooms to Technical Services, and follow up with Quality Operations.
