Metz Electronics Srl, Italian subsidiary of Skyworth Group, is urgently looking for a:
Human Resources Specialist (German speaker)
to reinforce the European HR Department, of 2 people, located in Milan.
You will be part of an ambitious, fast-growing, and international team.
You will have the chance to be part of an ambitious business development plan across Europe.
You will support all Europe, with a main focus on Germany.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
Talent sourcing: identifying and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach (headhunting).
Screening and selection: reviewing resumes and applications, conducting initial phone or video interviews to assess qualifications, and preparing candidate shortlists.
Interview coordination: scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers or client teams.
Supporting payroll process, collecting attendance and non-attendance.
Update HR tools.
Training and Development:
Supporting the HR Manager on the development of career paths, training plans and performance appraisal processes.
Policy and compliance.
Developing and enforcing company HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintaining updated employee records.
We would like to meet passionate and motivated candidates.
Not afraid to work, for some topics, in a start-up contest.
KEY SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Foreign Languages or similar.
Proven knowledge of German.
Fluent in Italian and English.
Previous experience of 1-2 years as HR in international contest (preferably German)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
The knowledge of Zucchetti paghe, is a plus

Are you a recent Law/Economics Graduate eager to apply your legal and analytical skills in an international corporate environment?
Join Bosch as an HR Governance & People Operations Intern and take your first professional step in the world of Human Resources and Labour Law.
In this role, you will support the HR Department in managing administrative, contractual, and financial processes, while gaining hands-on experience in labour law application, digital transformation, and organizational management.
You will also collaborate directly with the HR Director, assisting in activities related to trade union relations, HR governance, and compliance.
This internship is a great opportunity to bridge your legal background with practical HR experience, and to contribute to projects that truly shape the company's people operations.
Your main responsibilities:
Managing and revising HR supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labour law principles.
Supporting the review, simplification, and digitalization of HR administrative processes and standardization of contractual documentations.
Supporting budget monitoring and cost control activities related to HR suppliers and services.
Assisting with reporting, data analysis, and preparation of documentation and presentation to the management.
Providing direct support to the HR Director, especially on topics related to trade union communication and HR governance.
Contributing to continuous improvement projects that enhance digital efficiency and compliance within HR.
Qualifications
What makes you the perfect fit:
Enrolled in or recently graduated with a Master's degree in Law / Economics and/or HR / Labour Law Master.
Strong interest in Human Resources, employment law, and organizational processes.
Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (minimum B2/C1); knowledge of another European language (e.g. German, French, or Spanish) is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with digital tools or HR systems is an advantage.
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international context.
Discreet and professional in handling confidential information.
