Job Opportunity: Receptionist and Back Office
Adecco Italia S.p.A. is seeking a Receptionist and Back Office professional for a leading engineering company in Brembate (BG).
Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage the switchboard and greet clients
2. Oversee company vehicle fleet
3. Arrange travel bookings
4. Handle off-site tasks (e.g., purchase of revenue stamps, mail, banking)
5. Perform back office and facility activities (manage info emails, download Visura/CCIAA/DURC, business cards, normative purchases, digital signatures, maintenance scheduling for split units, manage PS box, coordinate with cleaning and gardening services, document preparation and archiving, administrative and technical support, office supplies ordering, etc.)
6. Organize client audits
7. Manage shipments and pickups
8. Use company software
Requirements:

Offer:
Initial fixed-term contract of 1 year. Full-time position (40 hours/week), in-person. Starting date: 12/05/2025.
