What you’ll do (get ready for everything)
As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing functional, effective, and accessible user interfaces for our internal and external digital products.
You’ll work closely with Product Managers and developers to understand client needs, define interaction flows, and translate problems and requirements into design solutions. You will play a key role in defining the overall UX of our products, helping to create experiences that are not only functional but also enjoyable and accessible.
Ideation and Prototyping :
you’ll generate ideas and conceptualize design solutions through sketches, wireframes, and low and high-fidelity prototypes.
UX and UI Design :
you’ll create accessible and optimized interfaces, define information architecture, interaction flows, and navigation to ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience.
Testing and Iteration :
you’ll plan and conduct usability tests to gather user feedback and iterate on designs based on the results.
Collaboration :
you’ll work closely with Product Managers, developers, and other team members to ensure alignment on goals and the technical feasibility of design solutions.
Documentation :
you’ll create and maintain up-to-date design documentation, including guidelines, design systems, and implementation specifications.
Accessibility :
you’ll integrate accessibility principles (WCAG) into all phases of the design process.
What we’re looking for in you (spoiler:
flexibility and creativity!)
Solid knowledge of UI design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to analyze data to make informed design decisions.
Knowledge of software development processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
Ability to work independently and proactively, managing time and priorities effectively.
As the team grows, you may need to support and mentor junior designers.
Italian and English knowledge, both written and spoken
Bonus points (if you have them, even better!)
You’ve designed accessible interfaces in compliance with WCAG.
You have experience creating and managing design systems.
You have a basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (to understand technical limitations and possibilities).
You’ve worked in product teams during a growth phase.
