Your role As part of the Subscription and Innovation team, you will support the overall management of subscription programs for Salmoiraghi & Vigano and Grand Vision Italy, including but not limited to the management of the as‑is offering, project management for new offering and 360° support for stores and consumers. Main responsibilities
Support daily subscription business operationsAssist the Subscription Team in managing the existing offering, including coordinating contact‑lens shipments, updating product pricing, and setting up promotional activities in internal systems. This role offers broad exposure to day‑to‑day business management. Support the rollout of new subscription featuresWork alongside the Subscription Project Manager to help design, plan, and execute the implementation of new features. You will interact with cross‑functional and external stakeholders such as IT/developers, Legal, and Finance, gaining insight into project delivery and stakeholder coordination. Provide operational support to retail storesSupport store teams on processes related to the subscription business by helping resolve issues, answering questions, and identifying effective ways of working within established guidelines.

Excellent knowledge of Excel and solid experience with the Office package Organizational and time management skills Proactive and organized Excellent relational and communication skills Educational Background in Engineering or Business Management Recently graduated or to graduate within 6 months Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English
