Job Title: Operator Machine Tool CNC (3 positions)
Responsibilities
-
- Read technical drawings and ISO/ASME tolerances.
- Move and position parts manually or using jacking devices or cranes.
- Set up and operate machine tools (lathe, milling machine, drill press) to perform machining operations as per drawings.
- Align and secure workpiece using fixturing devices.
- Determine workpiece origins, set up tooling, and ensure dimensional tolerances are met.
- Record actual time spent on each operation using the MES or work documentation.
- Suggest improvements or directly apply changes to the machining program to reduce cycle times.
- Measure, inspect and test finished parts for defects and compliance with specifications using precision tools such as feeler gauges, calipers, micrometers and pass/no‑pass gauges.
- Follow company standards and procedures regarding safety, quality, material handling and storage.
Qualifications

- Technical diploma.
- Experience with milling machines, lathes and deep‑hole drilling is an advantage but not required.
- Availability to work three shifts – Monday to Friday – 6:00‑14:00, 14:00‑22:00 and 22:00‑6:00.
