Commissioning Manager – Data Centre

We are looking for an experienced Commissioning Manager to support the delivery of a data centre project in Milan. The role will lead commissioning activities from pre-commissioning through integrated systems testing and handover, ensuring all systems are delivered safely and in line with client and industry standards.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage the full commissioning process (Levels 1–5)
* Develop and manage commissioning plans, schedules and procedures
* Coordinate with design, construction and project teams to ensure readiness
* Review and approve commissioning documentation and test scripts
* Chair commissioning meetings and report progress and risks
* Support handover, client training and transition to operations
* Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and client requirements
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Commissioning Manager on data centre or mission-critical projects
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* English and Italian required
